  • What shirt brand is used?

    All Nyiri Collective t-shirts are printed on high-quality 100% cotton tees. Our shirts are unisex and regular fit.

  • What kind of printing process do you use on your clothing?

    Our shirts are printed by hand and custom made to order using screen printing.

  • What size should I order?

    Our t-shirts are available in sizes ranging from XS to 3XL. Please refer to our size chart on each product for more information and fit recommendations. Our shirts are all unisex (mens) tees.

  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?

    Standard order processing time is 7-10 business days. 

    Standard shipping time can be up to 10-21 business days after order leaves our facility.

    Most orders are estimated to arrive within 5-7 business days after orders have been processed and shipped.

    You will receive a notification email or text once your order ships.

  • Do you offer package tracking?

    Yes! We will provide you with the tracking number once your package is shipped, except for International shipments. 

    A shipping confirmation email or text will be sent, once your order has left our facility.

  • Can I cancel/modify my order?

    All cancellations will be honored only within 24-48 hours, as we try to be as accommodating as possible. Once your order is in production, it cannot be canceled. Please send us an email at nyiricollective@gmail.com if you would like to cancel.

  • What is your return/exchange policy?

    The items you purchase are final sale, so we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. Holiday sales, site-wide and product-specific flash sales, and items purchased with sale codes fall into this category. Any mistakes made on our behalf will be corrected.

    If the product you received is deemed defective your order is eligible for a return or exchange.

  • I received a defective / wrong product

    We apologize for the mix-up and want to ensure you get the right item as quickly as possible!

    Send us an email at nyiricollective@gmail.com to notify us of the mix up. Please include your order numbername and email used on the order. Make sure to specify the concern: original product ordered as well as the actual product you received including the style/design, color and size. Please attach picture of the product(s) showing the mishap. Example: showing the defect, the size, or wrong item.

    We will provide you with a 50% off discount code for your next purchase if you received a defective product. All wrong orders we send out will be corrected.

  • Color Disclaimer

    Due to variation in monitor settings, Nyiri Collective makes no guarantees regarding color matches of product.

    Fabric colors represented on computer monitors may vary due to variations in computer screens, resolution, color, tone or any other display settings.

  • I forgot to use my discount code

    Unfortunately, our software does not allow us to adjust prices to finalized purchases. Once your order has been confirmed, it’s not possible for you, or us, to change it once submitted. Please ensure all your information is accurate before submitting your order, including your discount code. 

    Only ONE discount code may be applied per order. This applies to Free Shipping discount codes.
